BURNOUT FORMULA

1. FULL OF ENERGY

An employee joins the organization bursting with energy. A new job - a new opportunity.

Reality sets in after 100 days. The employee might not have any influence over their job or its development. They might try to instigate change, but could be silenced or choose to remain silent.

The new job didn't live up to the promise of advancing one's career, and change wasn't really an opportunity.
