Digital marketing specialist since 5/2023 – Barcelona
Essi lives in Barcelona, where she spends her free time at the gym and outdoors with her dog. Exercise and spending time with her pet offer a welcome balance to work.
Essi’s career began in the cosmetics industry but took a new direction when she moved to Barcelona and transitioned into sales and customer service. A pivotal moment in her career was working on a Google project, which opened doors to the world of marketing. In this role, she gained valuable experience in the digital marketing needs of various companies and the use of Google Ads tools. This experience combined creativity and sales expertise in a way that sparked a passion for the field.
Moving from a large corporation to Resaco brought positive surprises. Essi quickly realized that Resaco’s work community is supportive and allows time to learn peacefully. From Essi’s perspective, the growth of the paid advertising team was a significant and positive change. While at Resaco, Essi has developed into a diamond professional and learned to make critical decisions based on data, which produce tangible benefits for clients.
Resaco’s continuous development inspires Essi. Her goal is to progress into more responsible roles over time. However, her current role already offers plenty of interesting challenges, and Essi believes that a supportive work environment is important for learning and encourages taking new steps in one's career.

Kuutti lives in Liège, Belgium, where he spends his free time outdoors and exercising. Climbing and endurance sports, such as mountain biking and running, are his favorite hobbies. In addition to being active in nature, photography and videography, as well as various technology-related activities, provide a balance to work.
Before his current role at Resaco, Kuutti worked in sales at Partioaitta in Helsinki. He was also involved in founding a mountain biking and tourism company in Rovaniemi.
Marketing and sales have interested Kuutti for some time. He has accumulated broad expertise in marketing and content creation over the years. A broad understanding of the digital operating environment has been Kuutti’s most important tool on his journey to Resaco.
Kuutti initially became acquainted with Resaco as a client. The opportunity to join Resaco arose through a project. "Actually, I wasn't looking for a job, but ended up at Resaco," Kuutti says. Because the company’s operations and people were already familiar, it was easy to start working, he notes.
Working at Resaco has given Kuutti the opportunity to utilize his broad expertise and continue to develop. He particularly enjoys working with a variety of clients and experts. The community feel of a small company has made working enjoyable and flexible.
Kuutti believes that continuous development of work practices is important, especially as the number of clients grows. He looks forward to future projects and opportunities to deepen his expertise.

Olli is from Rovaniemi. The peace of the North and proximity to nature provide him with the perfect setting for leisure activities. Whether it's hiking, photography, skiing, or snowmobiling, Olli enjoys the outdoors regardless of the season.
Olli spent seven years as an entrepreneur as a professional photographer, after which he transitioned to sales in 2013. Experience with growth companies and their fast-paced routines led him to understand that he craves constant development and challenges in his work.
The idea of starting his own company began to simmer when Olli repeatedly felt disappointed with the quality of marketing services as a client. "It seemed that disappointment was built into the service experience of marketing agencies. I decided that something had to be done about it because there wasn't a service that met my needs," Olli says. His career goal and dream has been to build a location-independent work that allows him to work from anywhere. Now, he finally had the opportunity.
Olli founded Resaco in 2022.
The day-to-day at Resaco has offered Olli professional growth and the opportunity to work on his own terms. He started at Resaco focusing on content production, search engine optimization, sales, and account management. When Henni joined Resaco, Olli transitioned into the role of Chief Revenue Officer.
"I've realized that good and healthy business leadership requires that the company operates on the basis of clear processes and things progress when they are measured and someone is always responsible for those things. I've grown immensely as a leader in recent years, and that development never ends," he reflects.

The biggest problem in the digital marketing industry is over-promising.
