WHAT?

Resaco is a digital marketing agency that specializes in sales-driven digital marketing.

The key metrics of sales-driven digital marketing are quality lead generation, successful sales, and predictable growth.

We're familiar with modern technologies and do what's essential for business.

On a day-to-day basis, we handle typical digital agency tasks: content creation, search engine optimization, paid advertising, conversion optimization, website development.

HOW?

We help clients increase their online traffic, turn this traffic into leads, and convert these leads into sales.

We assist our client companies throughout their entire sales value chain: from the initial Google search to making the sale.

The objectives of our efforts are derived from the client's business. Our daily tasks are guided by data.

We prioritize actions that are relevant to the client's business.

We justify everything with data, we don't give up, and that's why we ultimately win.

What's your reason for being on this page?

Why do top performers
change jobs?

Consider changing your job if you've lost motivation and no longer feel passionate about it.

Work should be something you look forward to.

If you're feeling irritable or experiencing insomnia due to work, it might be time to consider other options.

Listening to oneself is crucial.

The main reasons professionals change jobs include:

  • Better pay
  • Career development and growth opportunities
  • Work environment and culture
  • Work-life balance
  • Psychosocial strain
  • Poor leadership
  • Job location
  • Company stability and future prospects
Even if you never apply to work at Resaco, we want to help you in the most critical aspect of your career - preventing burnout, cynicism, and victimhood.

We want to do this because we believe in people and their inherent potential.

HR professionals have identified a clear pattern in burnout.

At Resaco, psychosocial well-being and emotional safety are so important that we want to address them first.

We need the thoughts and decisions of people like you - that's why it's essential to prevent psychosocial strain.

BURNOUT FORMULA

1. FULL OF ENERGY

An employee joins the organization bursting with energy. A new job - a new opportunity.

Reality sets in after 100 days. The employee might not have any influence over their job or its development. They might try to instigate change, but could be silenced or choose to remain silent.

The new job didn't live up to the promise of advancing one's career, and change wasn't really an opportunity.

2. SUBMISSION

The employee gives the company a chance and stays. They adopt the company's culture: their enthusiasm wanes and they submit.

The person, initially hired to bring change, becomes a part of the system. They become a cog in the organization's machine.

They utilize only a fraction of their potential. If they don't recognize their situation in time, they submit and eventually become cynical.

3. CYNICISM

The employee starts doubting the significance of their work, and the feeling of meaningfulness disappears.

Cynicism acts as a defense mechanism in an impossible work situation, but it isn't a deliberate choice.

In customer-facing roles, cynicism might manifest as mechanical interactions with clients, while in other jobs, it mainly affects one's relationship with the job and its significance.

The person fails to recognize what's good for them and begins to underperform or overwork. They are on the path to burnout.

4. BURNOUT AND VICTIMIZATION

After burning out, the employee starts to see themselves as a victim. One can recover from burnout while staying in the same organization if the environment causing the burnout changes.

This requires changes in job roles, supervision, team dynamics, and workspace. Sometimes change isn't possible.

It's crucial to recognize one's position in this trajectory so that things don't progress too far. Many never recover from a victim mindset. Their professional identity is shattered.

What problem are we solving?

The biggest problem in the digital marketing industry is over-promising.

Before a partnership begins, top-level management often participates in proposal meetings to close the deal.

Clients are promised too much. Once the real work starts post-contract, tasks are pushed to juniors.

The customer experience suffers, not just towards the client company, but the entire industry.

Clients who contact us are cautious. They recognize the potential of digital marketing and have some understanding of the field.

However, over the years, their trust has been betrayed, sometimes even feeling scammed.

Let's be clear: the digital marketing sector has stumbled due to its own excellence. There's no genuine understanding of the client's business, their revenue model, or their customers.

At Resaco, we won't quote a client unless we are utterly confident in our success.

Successful collaborations are built on:

  • a clear client strategy,

  • a willingness to invest,

  • a genuinely sustainable business, and

  • a real market for the client.

The foundation for successful collaboration and results is laid at the beginning, which is when deciding to whom to give a quote.

Why engage in a partnership if we aren't completely sure of our success?

At Resaco, we don't promise what we can't deliver.

At Resaco, we don't promise what we can't deliver.

Resaco's Approach to Culture

When establishing Resaco, we wanted to rethink every aspect of how work is done. The pandemic accelerated remote work culture, but as routine returned, middle management began pushing for employees to return to the office.

We believe that the best talents in any expert business know what they want to do in life. Our role as a company is to create the most conducive environment for accomplishing their work and ensuring success within that framework.

Important questions in building a thriving culture are:

- How to create and maintain a winning concept in the highly competitive digital marketing industry,

- How to build a thriving and safe remote work culture, and

- How to organize work in such a way that each employee's expectations regarding their job role are clear, ensuring mental strain doesn't become overwhelming and work remains meaningfu

RESACO'S EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

FAQ

We don't. We trust you 100%. This trust should not be betrayed.

It is largely based on Daniel Pink's Drivebook and Esa Saarinen's philosophy of love.

Motivation arises when autonomy, mastery (a sense of control/skill), and purpose are in balance. With love prevailing, we feel safe, creating conditions for genuine care.

Let's elaborate on our management model:

AUTONOMY (Autonomy)

In expert work, autonomy can mean the freedom to choose one's projects, work schedules, and approaches to problems. It can help enhance work efficiency and job satisfaction because experts can tailor their work according to their strengths and interests.

MASTERY In expert work, mastery means the constant endeavor to develop one's skills and understanding. It's not just an end goal but a continuous process. This might involve learning new techniques, deepening knowledge, or taking on new, more complex projects. We don't learn unless we occasionally step out of our comfort zone.

PURPOSE In the context of expert work, purpose refers to the greater significance of the job to the individual, the industry, and society. Experts may find their work meaningful if they see it as part of a larger whole, for instance, solving real problems or promoting new ways of working.

LOVE Esa Saarinen uses the term "love" to describe an attitude emphasizing openness, respect, compassion, and care in interactions with others.

Here, love doesn't mean romantic affection, but a broader, human love and care for others. It comprises mutual respect, openness, compassion, care, listening, honesty, transparency, compromise, and collaboration.

The aim of loving interaction is to foster benevolent, sustainable, and thriving human relationships that promote the growth and development of individuals and communities.

It can strengthen community spirit, increase understanding and empathy, and improve overall quality of life.

You may. Close the laptop and go for a walk.

We will be the most profitable company in our sector, employ the best people, and our innovative operational models will introduce entirely new ways of working and delivering results for our clients.

We will have expanded to Sweden and be exploring the Norwegian market.

Because you deserve better.

Resaco's vision is to create the world's best remote work environment,
