OBSESSED WITH YOU

At Resaco, we unite the world’s leading digital marketing experts. Our vision is to build the world’s best remote work environment.

We are Resaco

Resaco is a digital marketing agency focused on driving sales. For us, the core metrics of sales-driven marketing are high-quality lead generation, sales success, and predictable growth.

We master modern technologies and focus on what truly matters for your business. In our day-to-day work, we handle all the digital agency essentials: content, SEO, paid advertising, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web development.

We help our clients attract more traffic, turn that traffic into leads, and convert those leads into sales. We support our clients throughout the entire sales value chain—from the very first Google search to the final handshake.

Our goals are defined by the client’s business, while our daily tasks are guided by data. We focus on what is essential for your bottom line. We back everything with data, we never give up, and that is why we—and our clients—ultimately win.

We Believe in You

Even if you never apply for a position at Resaco, we want to help you with the most important aspect of your career: preventing burnout, cynicism, and a victim mentality.

We do this because we believe in people and their inherent potential. HR professionals have identified a clear, predictable pattern in burnout.

At Resaco, psychosocial well-being and psychological safety are such vital themes that we want to address them right from the start.

We need minds and perspectives like yours—and that is why preventing psychosocial strain is essential.
Does this resonate? Let’s get to work.

THE PATTERN OF BURNOUT

1.

THE PEAK OF ENTHUSIASM

An employee joins the organization full of energy. A new job — a new opportunity.

Reality sets in after the first 100 days. It may turn out that the employee has no influence over their work or its development. They might try to initiate change, but they are either silenced or choose to stay quiet themselves.

The new job fails to deliver on the promise of career advancement, and change no longer feels like an opportunity.
2.

RESIGNATION

The employee decides to give the workplace a chance and stays. They begin to internalize the corporate culture: their passion fades, and they resign themselves to the situation.

The person who was hired to bring change to the organization has instead become a part of it—just another cog in the machine.

They only utilize a small fraction of their potential. If this state is not recognized in time, the employee submits and eventually becomes cynical.
3.

CYNICISM

The employee begins to doubt the significance of their work, and the sense of purpose vanishes.

Cynicism acts as a defense mechanism in an impossible work situation, but it is not a conscious choice.

In client-facing roles, cynicism may manifest as a mechanical or detached attitude toward customers. In other roles, it shows as a loss of connection to the work and its meaning.

The individual loses the ability to recognize what is good for them and begins to either underperform or overachieve. They are now on the path to burnout.
4.

BURNOUT AND VICTIM MENTALITY

Following burnout, an employee often adopts a victim mentality. It is possible to recover from burnout while staying in the same organization, but only if the environment that caused the burnout changes.

This requires a total shift: in tasks, leadership, the team, and even the physical workspace. Such a change is not always possible.

It is crucial to recognize your own situation within this cycle before things go too far. Many never recover from the state of victimization—their professional identity remains shattered.

What Problem Are We Solving?

The biggest problem in the digital marketing industry is overpromising. Before a partnership begins, senior management attends every pitch meeting just to close the deal. They promise the world. But as soon as the contract is signed and the daily work begins, the tasks are passed down to junior-level staff.

As a result, the customer experience suffers—not just for the individual client, but for the entire industry. The clients who contact us are cautious. They recognize the potential of digital marketing and understand the field, but over the years, their good faith has been met with outright deception, leading to a total loss of trust.

Let’s be blunt: the digital marketing industry has become a victim of its own hype. There is a fundamental lack of understanding when it comes to the client’s business, their revenue models, or their actual customers.

At Resaco, We Don’t Make Promises We Can’t Keep

At Resaco, we won't even provide a proposal for a partnership unless we are absolutely certain we can deliver results.

The fruits of a successful collaboration depend on several key factors:

  • The clarity of the client’s strategy.

  • The genuine willingness to invest.

  • The actual viability of the business model.

  • The reality of the target market.

The foundation for success and measurable results is built right at the start—by being selective about who we work with. Why enter a partnership without total confidence in our ability to succeed? At Resaco, we simply don’t promise what we can’t keep.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our leadership is deeply rooted in Daniel Pink’s book Drive and the Philosophy of Love by Finnish philosopher Esa Saarinen.

We believe that true motivation flourishes when Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose are in balance. Within a culture of "Loving-kindness," we create a safe environment that allows for genuine care and professional growth.

AUTONOMY

In expert work, autonomy means the freedom to choose your own projects, work schedules, and ways of solving problems. It boosts efficiency and job satisfaction by allowing experts to tailor their work according to their personal strengths and interests.

MASTERY

Mastery is the continuous pursuit of developing one's skills and understanding. It is not a final destination, but an ongoing process. This involves learning new techniques, deepening knowledge, and taking on increasingly complex projects. We believe that true learning only happens when we step into our discomfort zone. A lack of challenge leads to bore-out, while excessive pressure leads to burn-out—we strive for the sweet spot in between.

PURPOSE

In our context, purpose refers to the greater significance of work for the individual, the industry, and society. Our experts find their work meaningful when they see it as part of a larger whole—for example, solving real business problems or pioneering new ways of working. Understanding this helps us create an environment that supports innovation, satisfaction, and high performance.

LOVE (According to Esa Saarinen)

Esa Saarinen uses the term "rakkaudellisuus" (Philosophy of Love/Benevolence) to describe an attitude that emphasizes openness, respect, compassion, and care in our interactions with others.

In this context, "Love" does not refer to romance, but to a broader, human care for one another. It is built upon:

  • Mutual respect and openness

  • Compassion and genuine caring

  • Active listening

  • Honesty and transparency

  • Collaboration and compromise

The goal of this benevolent interaction is to create sustainable, healthy relationships that promote the growth and well-being of both individuals and the community. It strengthens our sense of belonging, increases empathy, and improves the overall quality of our professional lives.

Go for it. Close your laptop and head out.

We will be the most profitable company in our industry, home to the brightest talent in the field. The innovative operating models we’ve pioneered will redefine the way work is done, delivering a completely new standard of results for our clients.

By then, our impact and expertise will have expanded onto the international stage.

Because you deserve better.
